Adv. Ram Toren in the managing partner of Gideon Fisher & Co's corporate department. One of the most seasoned attorneys in the corporate law sector, Adv. Toren is proficient in virtually every type of transaction, large or small. His breadth and wealth of experience in a multitude of industry and business sectors allows him to successfully accompany his clients in all of their endeavors.

Adv. Toren's proficiency within the business field is far-reaching, and he is highly experienced in contracts law, companies law, mergers and acquisitions, franchising and licensing agreements, distribution agreements, public tenders, labor law, NGO's, municipal law and administrative law.

As managing partner of Gideon Fisher & Co's corporate department, Adv. Toren makes it a point to meet with every new client turning to the department, and to personally see through every transaction, promising the department's clients the most professional and knowledgable counsel.

Amongst Adv. Toren's clients are some of Israel's largest and most active corporations, and he regularly counsels a wide array of companies, including public companies, private companies, government companies, public institutions, municipal development funds and private entities.

In addition to his widespread activity within the firm, Adv. Toren is also highly active as a volunteer in the public sector, serving as a member of the Israel Bar Association’s International Relations Committee, a member of the Israel Bar Association’s Non-Profit Organization and Public Institutions Committee, a member of the Committee for the Prevention of Violence and Racism in Sports, a member of the Organizing Committee, Euro 2013, and regularly volunteers at the War Against Poverty and the ‘Lev Bamishpat’ ("Heart in Law") NGO as legal advisor to the disadvantaged.

In an effort to spread his knowledge in the field of corporate law, Adv. Toren has co-written several key books in this field, including: “The New Companies Law, In Practice” in collaboration with the BDO Ziv Haft Accountants firm, “To the Point Contract,” Published by Diyunon, and  “Doing Business in Israel” in collaboration with the BDO Ziv Haft accountants firm.
