Adv. Daniel Intract

Daniel is an associate of the firm’s Corporate Department, and heads the firm’s Blockchain, Crypto and Smart Contracts practice. 

In this capacity, Daniel provides legal services in the field of crypto-assets, including regulatory advice and engagement with Israeli authorities, as well as advice on commercial aspects and the structuring and planning of crypto-related activities.

Furthermore, Daniel represents both early stage and mature companies and their founders, as well as individual entrepreneurs.

Daniel provides legal service in respect of M&A transactions, corporate and commercial transactions. In addition, Daniel advises his clients, including Non-Profit Organizations, on business and other day-to-day aspects of their commercial activities, in addition to company labor-law matters.

Daniel is a certified mediator and completed the Israeli-Bar Mediation Practicum.
