Adv. Klau-Levin is a Partner at Gideon Fisher & Co. At the Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department. With over 35 years of experience in the field, Noa’s extensive experience in real estate, enables the department to provide a full package of services to developers, contractors, project management companies, engineering companies, owners of plots and properties for improvement and realization, as well as buyers and investors in all branches of real estate. Noa covers all types of real estate, including the commercial industry, construction as well as residential sectors.

In addition, Adv. Klau-Levin is an expert in financing real estate vis-à-vis banks and financing entities. In the field of initiation of projects, Noa provides services from the planning stage and the master plans. In the field of contracting and project management, the Department provides legal services to construction companies in drafting contracts vis-à-vis private developers, as well as government bodies.

In addition, the Department handles all aspects of urban renewal, Tama 38/1 and Tama 38/2, construction projects, combination transactions, re-zoning. The department provides full service and represents both developers and contractors as well as tenants. Additionally, the department accompanies objections and proceedings of planning and construction, both by contractors and developers, and by opposing tenants, as well as claims for compensation and indemnification for planning proceedings, such as claims under Section 197, as well as in matters of expropriation by the authorities.

Her experience also include negotiations with governmental and stock exchange institutions, such as the Israel Electric Corporation and Bezeq, governmental ministries such as the Ministry of Construction and Housing, The Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Infrastructure, and providing legal support vis-à-vis Knesset committees, such as the Finance Committee, the Economy Committee, etc.

The department accompanies the litigation department in real estate legal proceedings in various fields.
