Dr. Bushansky is a legal scholar specializing in the intersection of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and smart contracts with traditional legal frameworks. Over the last decade, his research has focused on analyzing how automated and decentralized transactions challenge established doctrines of contract law, consumer protection, private international law, and comparative law, while proposing doctrinal adaptations that harmonize technological innovation with fundamental legal principles.
Dr. Bushansky was awarded a Ph.D. in Law from Reichman University, where his dissertation examined the necessity of adjustments in contract law in light of parties’ intentions.
