Adv. Moran Yosef has a wealth of experience in the corporate and commercial field, accompanying and managing diverse transactions in Hebrew and English, including but not limited to complex acquisition transactions (shares and activity), collaboration agreements, distribution agreements, concession agreements, legal advice on complex projects in Israel and overseas, and preparation of all the agreements associated with these projects, rendering ongoing legal advice regarding all fields  of commercial law, to local corporations and corporations overseas .
